You will need:
- A pen or pencil
- Gold translucent or solid paint, with either a sparkle or flat; pick whichever you prefer
- White linen napkin
- Stencil or cut-out of the shape you wish to create
- Ribbon in the colour of your choice
- Thin paint brush
Place the object on the napkin and outline it with either the pen or pencil depending on if you want to see the outline or not.
Outline the object with the paint. Make a thick line all around the edge and then use the thin paintbrush to fan the paint towards the middle
You may need to put a couple drops in the middle to cover the entire space. Now you have a beautiful napkin, which needs to be set aside to dry for a couple hours.
Once your napkin is dry, then you can cut the ribbon. Make sure you have enough to go all around the napkin and to tie a bow. It is better to have too much than not enough, because you can cut off the extra. I just made a classic bow, and then adjusted it until it looked good.
Now repeat until you have your desired number of napkins.
